It’s a personal shift from past experiences to a new open life adventure. We often feel the need to change either from the pain of a long-suffering, struggling as we refuse to be stuck in the same frustration of finding a new positive state of living.
Personal transformation and change is nothing than a slightly better feel today than you were yesterday. Is taking control of your life despite the overwhelming odds against us each and every day.

First we need to understand my struggles as a man trying to make the best of my life in a chaotic and fragile world. Cause we fall on the pitfalls of depression, anxiety and overwhelming by all means.

During our 24 hours, we have used almost every most the time in a negative state and thinking. What we say to others or what we say to ourselves has condemned our will to boost our positive attitude and energy.

I am not…
- I am not strong enough,

- I am not intelligent enough
- I am a fraud.
- I am so disorganized
- I can’t be successful because i have nothing.
- I can’t do it.
- I can’t make it
- I can’t go there.
The I don’t have…
- I don’t have this of that.
- ‘I don’t have enough.
- I don’t have the resources
I’m never going to be able to pull this off…
From that point, we lose interest, hope, feelings and we get to a low self-esteem degree that we see everything wrong to us. No value over our thinking system.
We feel wanted all but we cannot control our thought process to conduct the mind and body transformation.
This depression conveys all our life, the financial status are not to point them to even survive than to thrive. That fear of feeling despair, uncertain about what is going on what will be happen put us in this discomfort.
